Aaron is the co-founder and producer for Carve Productions. His roles within NXT Generation include creating marketing video content across 360 video, live broadcast, animation and motion graphics. Leading multiple social marketing campaigns for consumer, B2B and lead generation. Delivering social marketing campaigns for a variety of clients across a wide range of industries.
With over 18 years of experience in the digital marketing industry, Neil has developed a comprehensive understanding of what is required to exceed the expectations of our client's marketing needs.
Neil played a fundamental role in the £13m acquisition of Search Giant in 2007. Following Neil's departure in 2012, he transitioned into consultancy based work and completed projects for companies such as Moneypenny and Vita Student.

Harry is an 18 year old social media specialist who has a great understanding in capturing the imagination of a Generation Z audience. Harry has worked on campaigns that have reached way over 5 million people, as well as running and maintaining social media for SME businesses. Harry was named as the UK’s Second Best Student Entrepreneur by Ernst and Young for his work on social media.
As a seasoned content creator, Dom has spent many years producing copy and visuals for national and international brands. Currently working as an Executive Producer in the digital sector, he oversees content production and strategy for one of the largest agencies in the South of England.
Sam has over 20 years experience handling marketing accounts for clients within the wholesale, retail, Insurance, Real Estate, Investment and trading sectors within the US. He Studied International Business, Advertising & marketing, Information Technology at Northeastern University and California State University. He has access to over 350 media suppliers within the marketing spectrum and is a great addition to the NXT Generation team.
Mark Scheinbaum joins the NXT Generation team with a wealth of marketing & lead generation experience in the US. He is a highly respected entertainment executive, technologist, and entrepreneur with decades of hands-on experience in multiple disciplines & workflows for TV and Feature Film lead generation. He recently served at FOTV Media Networks, working along side CEO of NXT Gen Johny Pach, where his primary focus was building technology partnerships, to advance and market their growing OTT, Digital, and Hologram platforms. Mark joins the team heading up our US division, assisting our clients with their TV advertising and Hologram Technology.
